This morning I looked in the mirror and thought, “Doesn’t look like you pulled off giving up sleep deprivation for Lent.”
But my progress is not to be discounted. I’ve found yet more ways to make bedtime easier for myself (I’ve had some kind of weird phobia around this for much of my life. Not helpful in dealing with Chronic Fatigue.)
I read in Tim Ferriss’ latest book that tracking something in and of itself helps the process of changing it. So I’ve found fun ways to track my bedtime. Let’s see how the graphs look over the next few months!
RELEVANT REALITYNIBS LINKS: Very vaguely relevant is Chronic Fatigue Wardrobe where I make a reference to having used my sleep wardrobe to help my bedtime.
WEGO PROMPT FOR THIS POST: Start with the sentence “This morning I looked in the mirror…” just write, don’t stop, don’t edit. Post!
