Are you NEW to Here’s an easy way to catch up!

Read the four Introduction posts in the order they were written. This will give you the background and context to continue reading posts from any point you choose.

  1. Maybe This Was Meant to Be
  2. Amazing Coincidence
  3. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
  4. Recovery

If you also need treatment information take a look at the Resources link in the right sidebar as well as the posts in the Solutions section. I highly recommend Dr. Teitelbaum’s book “From Fatigued to Fantastic“. After reading it through a couple of times, the book and his website have continued to serve as an excellent reference guide for me, resulting in more productive relationships with my doctors.

Finally, check out the Cheering Section. We hope you’ll stay awhile!

Day 30 (April 30) – Recap

  • You made it! 30 posts in 30 days! Today, write a recap of your experience. What was your favorite prompt? Least favorite? What have you learned? OR
  • Describe your HAWMC experience in one word!

I have found this year’s blog challenge harder than last year because I put the added constraint on myself of doing it in a healthy manner! For example, I’m publishing this post on the evening of April 30 rather than staying up too late last night. But you should have seen what it took for me to accept that I was too tired to finish this on April 29…

For the most part I think I met my goal of a healthy approach to the 2013 blog challenge. Maybe next year it will come more naturally. The biggest surprise for me was getting such positive feedback on my post on adversity! I loved writing the acrostic post because even after I found out what an acrostic is, I didn’t think I could do it. And I’m feeling such gratitude for the people who made the post about kindness possible that I really can’t remember what my least favorite prompt was.

Here are all thirty reality nibs for HAWMC 2013! If you let your cursor sit on a particular image it will show you the day of the blog challenge; click to display the post.
